Gerald Mazzalovo is in charge of developing and managing the Aravis Luxury fund, the first Swiss Limited Partnership focused on luxury industries.
Before joining Aravis, he held positions of President and CEO at luxury companies such as Salvatore Ferragamo, Loewe, Bally and Robert Clergerie. He was a consultant at Arthur Andersen and advised many multinational firms, including Pininfarina and Cortefiel, on strategic brand management. He is also a Visiting Professor at IE Business School in Madrid, Université Paris-Dauphine and Université Lumiére in Lyon.
He is the author of numerous academic articles and of the book Brand Aesthetics as well as coauthor of the books Pro Logo and Luxury Brand Management.
Gerald holds a Chemical Engineering degree from ENSCS (Strasbourg), an MBA from Columbia University and an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration from Université Paris-Dauphine. He has been Conseiller du Commerce extérieur de la France since 1992.
